Requirements

18+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and/or tenants while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as directed.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and access-control activities.
