About The Position

As a Transportation Security Officer Full Time: Unarmed Patrol Service in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

18+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and government stakeholders while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and coordinating with appropriate airport or law enforcement personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
