About The Position

As a Transportation Security Officer: Unarmed Airport Patrol Digital Records in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

  • 18+ Years of Age
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at airport facilities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas; document and report unusual conditions or activity.
  • Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site policies and applicable government regulations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
  • Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
