Requirements

18+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and government personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at airport facilities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas; document and report unusual conditions or activity.
Monitor access points and support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site policies and applicable government regulations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
