Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and tenants while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout terminal areas, public spaces, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
