The Transportation Scheduler is responsible for providing support for the School of Origin Transportation Program. This role involves scheduling and dispatching drivers using the integrated Route Genie App, handling urgent and non-urgent calls while operating telephone and computer systems. The position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes. The scheduler will work with providers to arrange emergency transportation for students and cultivate strong relationships with partners to minimize stress from schedule changes. This role represents ABH® professionally and adheres to its best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures, promoting ABH® as a leader in behavioral healthcare.
