Kimley-Horn is seeking Planning graduates to join their San Diego office, focusing on Transportation planning for 2026. This is an on-site position. The role involves contributing to the pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. Responsibilities include solving complex problems, assisting project managers, collaborating across disciplines, and developing familiarity with regulations and company/client standards. The analyst will evaluate development proposals for zoning compliance, prepare planning and land use studies, and coordinate with municipal and state agencies, gaining exposure to both public and private sector projects.
