About The Position

Hope Forest Academy, an affiliate of Rite of Passage, is seeking a Transportation Officer in Paisley, Florida. The role supports the organization's mission to inspire positive change in the lives of at-risk youth. Rite of Passage provides evidence-based programs and positive skill development through a supportive, therapeutic approach.

Requirements

• Be empathetic, patient, and respectful toward others.
• Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have completed either 60 hours of college education or one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Meet the requirements to be an eligible Rite of Passage driver.
• Possess a current state driver's license and have an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

• A CDL license qualifies holders to drive buses and large vans.
