Transportation Dispatcher
About The Position
Play a key role in keeping our operations moving. As a Transportation Dispatcher based out of our headquarters in Dorchester, NE, you will coordinate the movement of grain, fertilizer, chemicals, equipment, and other products across our trade territory. You will serve as the communication hub between truck drivers, customers, location managers, and outside carriers to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Utilize logistics software to schedule loads, manage freight, optimize transportation routes, and support DOT and safety compliance. Display effective problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills as you support the personnel and functions of the team in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
