About The Position

Hallcon is hiring a seasoned Dispatcher to support fast-paced commuter operations. Hallcon provides mobility and infrastructure services, including transportation operations, integrated command centers, EV infrastructure, technology, analytics, maintenance, cleaning, and rider-experience measurement. The role involves coordinating vehicle operations and rider flow while communicating with clients, dispatchers, managers, and suppliers. It is a dynamic, client-facing position based in Fremont.

Requirements

Good communication skills and the ability to interact with riders and clients clearly, tactfully, and courteously.
Basic understanding of and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to perform independently or as part of a team.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be qualified to work in the United States.
Must have 3 years of dispatching experience.
Ability to manage various responsibilities and tasks while maintaining focus in an active environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, guidance, and information to vehicle operations.
Communicate with clients, the dispatch team, managers, and other suppliers about changes to regular activities.
Manage and enhance customer service and passenger safety.
Report vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as required.
Monitor traffic to avoid or reduce exposure to heavily congested areas.
Assist with accident investigations, reporting, filing, and corrective actions.
Coordinate daily rider flow.
