About The Position

The Transport Assoc Coordinator will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by coordinating outbound shipments, managing shipments to/from third-party warehouses, developing and maintaining transportation driver schedules, utilizing SAP for data extraction and analysis, collaborating with Supply Planners and Plant Operations, tracking backhaul activity, and monitoring carrier costs. This role involves working with multiple data sources for reporting and ensuring accuracy and visibility in cost management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ Post Secondary an asset
• Experiennce in transportation, manufacturing or logistics considered an assets
• Strong Communication Skills
• Demonstrates computer and system proficiency
• Demonstrats ability to function successfully in a fast paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling with both PepsiCo drivers and third‑party common carriers.
• Manage shipments to/from third‑party warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Develop and maintain transportation driver schedules to support daily operational needs.
• Utilize SAP to extract data, analyze operational performance, and communicate key insights.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Planners and Plant Operations to effectively plan shipments and navigate daily supply chain challenges.
• Track backhaul activity and accurately report associated revenue.
• Work with multiple data sources to extract, organize, and prepare information for safety, operational, and financial reporting.
• Monitor, track, and report carrier costs, ensuring accuracy and visibility to support cost management.
