Buckner Retirement Services Community: Westminster Place is seeking a Transportation Associate to join their community committed to delivering outstanding customer service through the transportation process. As a Transportation Associate, you will play an important role in serving our residents' transportation needs that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Drivers License
• Requires excellent communication or organizational skills.
• Requires ability to use up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds continuously to move food service and preparation equipment and other objects.
• Requires ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; ability to turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, stand and walk over 75% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone in a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car.
• Collects all the necessary information from the guest or nursing staff to ensure an accurate and safe transportation process.
• Provides transportation for residents and members to doctor’s appointments and outings in Buckner owned and operated vehicles.
• Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars.
• Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with Buckner Senior Living.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
