About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Transportation Administrator for our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. This role is responsible for communicating with local branches to ensure their everyday needs are met, processing titles and registrations for new and existing company vehicles, and assisting with inventory of company vehicles and their locations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with processing Title documents.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ability to Multitask.
  • Ability to Adapt Quickly Capacity for Rapid Adaptation.
  • Work in an office environment.
  • At least 1+ year experience doing data analysis in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required.
  • College degree in business administration preferred.
  • Past experience with fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to electronic and telephonic inquiries from the local branches.
  • Process Title, Sales Tax and Registration for new units.
  • Update the ownership information on the titles as required for current units.
  • Reconcile invoices and payments to vendors that pertain to the Transportation Administration team.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure the correct documentation is received in a timely manner.
  • Ensure company vehicles are compliant with every State Motor Carrier regulations.
  • Review monthly payment reports to confirm accuracy.
  • Ensure all Company Vehicle Registrations are up to date with the correct information listed.
  • Maintain records for new Company Vehicle Purchases as well as existing Company Vehicles.
  • Providing support for tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Process incoming toll bills and review the account to ensure the vehicles are listed correctly.
