HOK New York is seeking Project Administrators to join our growing Transportation practice. We are expanding our transit work across the region, shaping some of the most complex and transformative infrastructure projects in the country. Our team is at the forefront of transit and urban design, bringing together deep technical expertise with a strong design voice. We work on projects that redefine how people move through cities, creating connected, intuitive environments that serve communities for generations. Our transit practice is built on collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to design excellence. You will be part of a team that values curiosity, rigor, and the exchange of ideas, where experienced leaders actively mentor the next generation of designers and technical professionals. As our transit practice continues to grow, you will play an important role in delivering civic infrastructure that will support communities and mobility for decades to come. This role provides administrative support to the project manager, project architect, and project team. Our work is fast-paced, civic-focused, and grounded in improving the everyday experience of the traveling public.
