About The Position

Shell Point Retirement Community is seeking a caring and compassionate full-time Transport Aide/Caregiver for Springs Assisted Living. The role provides daily transportation for residents to and from physician appointments at Shell Point Medical Center and assists with other Assisted Living needs as required. The position is a day shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.

The role also includes assisting at the service desk, answering phones, supporting resident activities, providing Care Assistant coverage when needed, and handling basic clerical and mail duties. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, communicative, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
