About The Position
Primrose School of Hilliard at Mill Run is seeking a Transitional Kindergarten Teacher to provide nurturing care and support young children’s learning and development. The teacher will build trusted relationships with families, create joyful learning experiences using the school’s digital learning platform, and help children develop foundational skills. The school provides an exclusive Balanced Learning curriculum and lesson plans, along with an on-site leadership team and a supportive childcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for transitional kindergarten-aged children.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans provided for the teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
