Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.

Responsibilities
- Create a warm, inviting classroom where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver fun, age-appropriate curriculum and engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Share children’s daily milestones with parents.
- Guide children’s play through toys, language, and activities while prioritizing safety and curiosity.
- Model kindness, social skills, and positive behaviors.
- Plan and contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet time, active play, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine- and gross-motor activities.
- Support children’s interests and turn play into learning opportunities.
