About The Position

We are seeking a Transition Manager for a DOS contract. The Transition Manager Oversees transition-in and transition-out activities, ensuring continuity of operations, knowledge transfer, and compliance with Department requirements during contract start-up and close-out.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing transitions for federal contracts
Experience with transition planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Strong project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract
U.S. Citizenship
