About The Position

The Billing and Financial Analyst manages customer billing, cost recovery, and financial reporting, including Working Capital Fund (WCF) billing and reconciliation. Ensures accuracy and transparency in all financial deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or billing for federal contracts
• Experience with federal cost accounting standards and billing systems
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
• Active Top Secret security clearance preferred; Secret clearance minimum requirement
• U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
