About The Position
We are seeking a Training and Knowledge Management Lead for a DOS contract. The Training and Knowledge Management Lead Develops and maintains training materials, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles for end users and support staff. Oversees knowledge management systems and ensures content is current and accessible.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training development or knowledge management
- Experience with e-learning platforms and knowledge base tools
- Strong instructional design and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
- Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract
- U.S. Citizenship
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
