About The Position

The Overall Program Lead (OPL) is the accountable leader for a critical transformation program that advances key business priorities and delivers meaningful outcomes for GRS. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role partners with business, technology, and operational leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes that drive lasting business impact. As the leader responsible for overall program success, the OPL brings together cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders around shared objectives, and drives disciplined execution across complex initiatives. This role plays a key part in advancing Execution Excellence across GRS by fostering transparency, strengthening execution practices, and creating an environment where teams can successfully deliver transformational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 8+ years’ experience managing large, complex, cross‑functional programs.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading multi‑workstream initiatives with significant stakeholder complexity.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, set expectations upward, navigate governance structures, and keep interdependent workstreams aligned.
  • Demonstrates a leadership style that builds trust, encourages open dialogue, fosters collaboration, and inspires confidence across extended teams.
  • Models a high‑performing ethos grounded in accountability, transparency, curiosity, and constructive challenge.
  • Ability to make data‑driven decisions, anticipate risks, and maintain delivery discipline in ambiguous environments.
