About The Position
A small recruiting agency based in New York City is seeking a New York-licensed transactional attorney to serve as a consultant role to assist with drafting a new agreement for our firm. The scope of work includes drafting and/or revising a comprehensive recruiting agency agreement, ensuring compliance with New York laws and industry best practices, providing clear, practical language that protects the agency’s interests, and advising on legal considerations related to client and candidate engagements.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in New York
- Strong experience in transactional law, contracts, and agreement drafting
- Experience with business law
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with staffing/recruiting agencies is a plus
