Requirements
- 3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience.
- Bar admission in Maryland, DC, or Virginia is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with BBS&G's nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group.
- Engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including joint ventures and investment structuring, development, P3, and infrastructure projects.
- Handle real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and finance.
