JLL is seeking a Summer Intern in Transaction Analysis to support its Work Dynamics team and a major federal government client. The intern will learn to abstract and analyze commercial lease documents, support high-volume lease transaction execution, and gain exposure to the commercial real estate transaction management process. The intern will perform data entry, validation, and organization; provide administrative and operational support to Transaction Managers; analyze and interpret USPS facility lease documents; and draft commercial lease documents under the direction and oversight of an assigned Transaction Manager. Final compensation depends on factors including qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
