Training Systems & Compliance Coordinator

Merit RestorationsPurcellville, VA
Hybrid

About The Position

This position serves as the operational control tower for Merit's Training & Compliance function, maintaining the systems, records, development tracking, certifications, program requirements, and reporting that give Merit clear visibility into employee readiness and compliance risk. The Coordinator keeps the department proactive rather than reactive by maintaining accurate information, surfacing upcoming requirements, and identifying exceptions before they become business problems. This role does not own employee performance management, field coaching or competency decisions, Training & Compliance strategy, or carrier/TPA relationship ownership. What it does own is the visibility — surfacing the gap early and tracking it through to resolution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in training operations, LMS administration, compliance coordination, credential management, HR operations, project coordination, or a similar role preferred.
  • Advanced comfort with Excel, Microsoft 365, databases, and reporting; LMS administration experience preferred, and LMS365 experience is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and maintain confidential information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, comfortable operating as the connective layer between Training & Compliance, Operations, and Branch leadership.
  • Lives Merit's core values every day: servant leadership, innovation, gratitude, growth, impact, honor, and grit.
