Requirements

Knowledge of OSHA Requirements
Sit for approximately 5-6 hours in a day
Stand for approximately 1-2 hours
May have to lift up to 20lbs
Position is in office environment
The ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
To complete tasks in an orderly manner.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized

Responsibilities

Maintain Training Program (add and remove personnel, maintain and update records/files).
Assess requirements for new training courses that may be needed or required.
Create customized courses as required.
Ensure assigned training in MyFAA is being completed as required.
Ensure onboarding training and in-person classes are given in a timely fashion and documented.
Perform safety inspections (OSHA compliance, fire station checks, personal protection equipment (PPE), etc.)
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in house.
Manage emergency procedures, and coordinate with the local fire department when required.
Schedule respirator fit test and eye exams as needed.
Manage Safety Management System (SMS).
Other duties that may be delegated or assigned.
