This role involves leading and overseeing a team of Training Development Analysts responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of employee training and development programs for approximately 800 employees. The position also manages leadership and professional development initiatives to support employee growth, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. The Training Supervisor ensures departmental training programs, policies, and procedures are administered consistently and fairly, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and operational requirements. Additionally, this role coordinates and supports various employee learning activities and collaborates with department leadership to identify workforce development needs and improve training strategies.
