Responsibilities

Collaborate with learning and development team
Maintain, refine, and support training curriculum and learning materials including ColorCode and the Cardinal Process
Deliver engaging process training for technicians and support staff
Upload and manage training content within the LMS
Coordinate trainings, meetings, schedules, rooms, and follow-up communication
Coach and reinforce company service processes and standards
Facilitate both small or large group sessions and presentations
Utilize technology effectively to support learning and communication
Build strong working relationships across departments
Be a brand ambassador to our core values and culture
