This role involves conducting onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center cooling products. You will develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations. Additionally, you will provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during the installation and maintenance processes. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs is essential. The goal is to ensure customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happiness. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services is crucial for providing accurate and relevant training. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback will help continuously improve training programs and materials. Travel to customer locations as the need arises to deliver onsite training is part of the role. While this role is posted in multiple locations, only one hire will be made.
