The Training Specialist/Instructional Designer plays a critical role in improving the technical and professional development of our employees across the organization. This role involves designing and implementing effective training course designs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. Design and delivery will focus primarily on new hire onboarding for front-line team members. Instructional designs will support technical aspects of roles that are engaging and intuitive as the primary introduction to multiple enterprise platforms to execute transactions related to service offerings. Designs will be introductory in nature to systems and platforms with designs that result in success in the introduction, overview, walkthrough, and skill testing transactions that result in achieving initial levels of self-sufficiency on an identified set of routine tasks. Designs should be intuitive in approach, focused on immediate application of new skills to an identified skill set, and directly correlate to successful demonstrations on the job. Designs should be strategic and modular in construction to be successful in a high change and fast-paced environment that drives system and platform enhancements resulting in training modifications.
