About The Position

Zwift is hiring a hands-on Training Operations Specialist to keep Community Support frontline training running smoothly. The role focuses on deploying training, preparing trainers, tracking completion and assessment results, and following up on outstanding actions. The training program includes a structured new-hire curriculum, an established design framework, and instructor-led learning facilitated by subject matter expert (SME) trainers. The Content & Learning team develops training and internal knowledge base content; this position ensures that the content reaches agents and that trainers are ready to deliver it. The specialist will also serve as Zwift’s Seismic subject matter expert and help make effective use of the learning management system (LMS). Training slides and internal knowledge base content are developed by content owners. The successful candidate is organized, dependable, collaborative, and able to lead train-the-trainer sessions, communicate expectations, and follow up on actions. They take direction, own responsibilities from start to finish, proactively flag questions and blockers, learn tools, solve problems independently, and adapt as priorities change. They use AI thoughtfully, with human validation where needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of instructional design, training, training operations, or learning and development experience.
  • Hands-on LMS administrator experience with Seismic (formerly Lessonly), Docebo, or an equivalent tool, including user groups, enrollments, and reporting.
  • Experience facilitating virtual training, including train-the-trainer sessions; experience with globally distributed or BPO teams is ideal.
  • Proficiency tracking training completion and following up with stakeholders across teams to close gaps.
  • Familiarity with training design and evaluation models such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick, and authoring tools such as Articulate or Camtasia.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to support the team beyond training when priorities shift, for either short-term needs or longer-term changes in focus.
  • Organized, dependable, collaborative approach; ability to communicate expectations, follow through on actions, take direction, own responsibilities, flag blockers, learn tools, and solve problems independently.
  • Thoughtful use of AI, with recognition of where efficiency gains are appropriate and where human validation is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for cycling, running, or fitness.
  • Experience supporting both internal and BPO (outsourced) contact center teams.
  • Familiarity with Zwift, gaming, the software industry, or fitness technology.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy new, updated, and refreshed training in Seismic, coordinating rollouts with SME trainers and BPO partners so content reaches agents on time.
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions to prepare SME trainers for seasonal new-hire classes and training update rollouts.
  • Audit training materials regularly with SMEs to identify inaccurate, outdated, or missing information, and report findings to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with SME trainers, partner teams, and BPO leaders; engage respectfully with feedback and receive it openly.
  • Own Seismic, including managing distribution groups, reporting on training completion and assessment results, and working with BPO leaders to close gaps.
  • Explore unused and emerging Seismic features and recommend features worth adopting.
  • Occasionally facilitate instructor-led sessions in support of SME trainers.
  • Partner with Content & Process Architects to document cross-functional processes between the team, operations, and partner teams.
