About The Position

Korn Ferry is seeking a Training and Onboarding Specialist to join their Recruitment Process Outsourcing team supporting a new client. This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in Texas, Ohio, or Indiana. The specialist will contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability goals by delivering best-in-class support services. Responsibilities include training colleagues on the full recruitment process for the assigned client, supporting the new recruiter onboarding experience (from equipment and tools to compliance auditing), and developing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client operational goals. The role requires a background in providing support, a customer satisfaction-oriented attitude, a "can do" mindset, and the ability to handle difficult situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in developing training curriculum and supporting on-boarding programs
  • 4+ years of experience with recruitment in a technology-driven environment (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in creating training content and delivering it successfully to team members in an interactive and engaging manner
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to handle responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment
  • Advanced presentation skills, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with clients at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be adaptable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth and detailed understanding of the client hiring process, workflow, and steps to success aligned with agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide the team with full insight and training in the global recruitment process, as well as any deviations as dictated by local legal recruitment compliance.
  • Ensure the team is aware of any updates and changes in process that will impact how they work and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with KF Quality Auditors and Team Leads, as well as the Client Points of Contact (POCs) and other Partners to identify further training opportunities within the team.
  • Proactively design training schedules with continuous improvement initiatives in mind.
  • Drive team participation and engagement with learning opportunities within the KF internal learning curriculum.
  • Use data and quality metrics to report training impact to client stakeholders in both formal and informal forums.
