Housing Forward is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented learning professional to lead and optimize our training program with a strong emphasis on Learning Management System (LMS) expansion and the development of polished, high-quality virtual learning experiences. Under the supervision of the Director of Performance Management, the Training Manager will design, develop, and deliver a dynamic training catalog, with a primary focus on scaling accessible, engaging, and data-driven eLearning. This role will ensure the LMS serves as the central hub for learning across the All-Neighbors Coalition, supporting user experience, content quality, and performance tracking. As the direct supervisor to the training team, the Training Manager will also oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the full training catalog and ensure effective delivery of training initiatives.
