About The Position

As a Training Lead, you will provide strategic oversight and direction of the training team to execute the learning strategy outlined in the Premier Learning engagement. You will promote an innovative approach to adult learning, always seeking new and creative ways to engage learners and increase adoption of the learning tools and program. You will maintain an upbeat, professional attitude focused on excellent customer experience. You will work with internal and external clients to develop training schedules, outlines, and content. Responsibilities include performance tracking and user satisfaction monitoring. You will work with and support direct reports in accomplishing goals and professional development. You will become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including use of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms. You will also become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, etc. This role involves administrative oversight and coordination during enterprise projects and assisting with various administrative tasks. A willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed is also part of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field
3-5 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education
Strong written and oral communications skills

Nice To Haves

People management experience preferred
Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required
Experience with generative AI is highly desired
