I2X Technologies is seeking a Planner Training Lead to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience
Final Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS clearance
Technical aptitude to become a system expert in program mission applications and interactive training system design/production for the government customer and users of the system
Experience in adult learning, education, and/or training
Experience developing training content for web-based and/or computer-based training that support simulation for a large-scale software intensive system
Experience with the following tools: Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office Suite
Security+ Certification
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Leading the Planner component of the Training Team to develop and deliver program training.
Managing the workflow of the Planner component and supporting the Training Team Lead.
Coordinating with application Agile Release Trains to ensure training dependencies are planned for by the ARTs and to ensure that Feature development is incorporated in the Planner training development cycle.
Authoring the Iteration plan for the Planner training work.
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for the Planner applications and supporting training, exercise, test events, and collaborating with other teams within program.
Creating training material and training the end users in a multi-contractor team environment.
Preparing plans, internal office communications, briefing and training materials.
Representing the team in the user community, conducting training while deployed and conducting a train-the-trainer program.
