About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Training Lead to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. This role involves leading the design, scheduling, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise training programs and curricula across CONUS/OCONUS sites. The Training Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage the instructor workforce and training budgets, oversee the development of course materials, and evaluate instructional technologies. A key aspect of this role is implementing continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics, maintaining training records, and producing comprehensive training analytics and reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
  • Minimum 7 years leading training programs, instructional management, or learning operations—including multi‑site/concurrent delivery and coordination with DoD training centers.
  • Curriculum development, LMS usage, instructional design oversight, budget and instructor management, metrics/analytics, stakeholder coordination, and senior‑level briefing ability.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior ARNG/DoD training center coordination (PEC, ARRTC) experience
  • Experience with blended/virtual learning platforms, LMS administration, and training automation
  • Familiarity with certification tracking and DoD training readiness frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, scheduling, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise training programs and curricula across CONUS/OCONUS sites.
  • Coordinate with PEC, ARRTC, product teams, instructional designers, and system engineers to align training to release cycles, operational workflows, and modernization priorities.
  • Manage instructor workforce, training budgets, delivery models, travel logistics, and partnerships with training centers.
  • Oversee development and updating of course materials, learning objectives, assessments, certification pathways, and train‑the‑trainer programs.
  • Evaluate and pilot instructional technologies (mobile, micro‑learning, virtual platforms, adaptive learning) to enhance access and reduce costs.
  • Implement continuous improvement based on learner feedback, assessments, and metrics to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain training calendars, enrollment processes, attendance records, and certification tracking; ensure readiness alignment with PMO schedules.
  • Produce training analytics, effectiveness reports, readiness indicators, and executive briefings for PL RCAS‑FMS leadership.
