About The Position

This is a 222-day position focused on facilitating training, particularly in technology-rich environments. The role requires designing, leading, and implementing standards-based in-services. Requirements

• A valid Louisiana teaching certificate.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in a technology-rich environment.
• Demonstrated and documented ability to design, lead, and implement standards-based technology-rich in-services.
• Experience in the Blackboard interactive “virtual learning” environment.
• Experience in using the Promethean ActivBoard.
• Prior experience in a technology infused teaching environment using the Internet and various technology resources.
• Ability to work on multiple projects/priorities.
• Ability to remain calm in pressure situations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent work ethic.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Secondary experience preferred.
