Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or accredited healthcare training program with clinical experience may be considered.
  • Clinical or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Epic experience required.
  • Epic training credential or certification required within six months.
  • Adult education or clinical teaching experience required.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and clinical teams.
  • Basic service desk management skills preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Epic training sessions for individual and group end users.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
  • Research, test, and recommend Epic best practices aligned with operational needs.
  • Coordinate training readiness for Epic upgrades and workflow changes.
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to reinforce workflow adoption.
  • Support optimization initiatives by identifying training-related workflow gaps.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
