This position provides leadership, mentorship, and workload coordination for the ESA team and serves as the first escalation point for complex issues. The Lead EHR Support Analyst will mentor and support ESAs across training, technical, and reporting domains, coordinate workload distribution, monitor performance, and serve as an escalation contact for complex issues. This role also represents the ESA team in Epic governance and project meetings.
