About The Position

At Blank Street, we’re on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. From the very beginning, we’ve set out to add a spark to ordinary experiences through elevated products, attention-to-detail, and a commitment to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day. Add a Spark to the Ordinary… We're looking for a Training Coordinator to help take Blank Street's barista and shift lead training to the next level. In this role, you'll support new team members from onboarding through accreditation, coaching them in-store and partnering closely with Operations to build confident, capable teams that deliver exceptional coffee, matcha, and hospitality. You'll help drive training results by identifying opportunities for improvement, creating action plans with Operations, and sharing feedback from the field to strengthen our training programs, processes, and standards. You'll also lead new hire orientations, seasonal drink trainings, new store opening trainings, coffee and matcha education, and team events like Latte Art Throw Downs in the Boston market. As Blank Street grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on new projects and help shape the future of training. We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves developing others, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person role based in Boston reporting to a Boston Training Associate.
