About The Position

This role sits at the center of client-facing training and development initiatives within the automotive sector. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end training projects, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and strong alignment with client business objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and internal consulting teams, this role translates learning needs into structured, impactful development solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within training and development environments
  • Solid background in learning and development, corporate education, or consulting
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

  • Experience in the automotive sector is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead training projects across the full lifecycle: needs diagnosis, design, planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, governance models, and deliverables
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training outputs
  • Serve as the main interface with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding business priorities and performance challenges
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and partners
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers
  • Ensure adherence to consulting processes, methodologies, and standards
  • Track and analyze training KPIs and project performance indicators
  • Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions
  • Support the development of proposals and new training solutions
  • Deliver training initiatives for automotive clients, with emphasis on technical training, dealer network development, performance programs, and capability-building initiatives
