This role will work with leadership at all levels to ensure the team’s continuous development and knowledge in technical, operational and soft-skills of all aspects of the manufacturing process. The Training Coordinator leads the development of training processes and coordinate with Plant Manager, Department Heads and Supervisors, as well as subject matter experts, to ensure consistent execution. The Training Coordinator will focus on developing a more proficient workforce which translates to safer operations, lower employee turnover, improved quality results and increased productivity. Also, assists with creation, and revision of work instructions to ensure they are accurate and appropriate for all pertinent tasks accomplished by team members. The Training Coordinator ensures that all training records are properly recorded in the Company’s LMS system.
