About The Position

World Wrapps is seeking a Training Coordinator who will support the development, coordination, and execution of employee training programs across all six restaurant locations. This field-based role focuses on assisting with new hire onboarding, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring both front-of-house and back-of-house team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. The Training Coordinator will work closely with operations leadership and store teams to maintain consistent training standards for service, hospitality, food preparation, food safety, and operational procedures. This position requires travel between restaurant locations to assist with in-person training and onboarding. The role combines organization, communication, hands-on training support, and administrative coordination to strengthen training efforts across all six World Wrapps locations.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organization, self-motivation, and the capability to work in a changing environment.
  • Ability to present information clearly and engage with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar software.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and carry loads of 25 - 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, training, HR support, or restaurant operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and training for front-of-house and back-of-house team members across all six World Wrapps locations.
  • Coordinate training schedules with general managers and ensure completion of required training programs for service staff, kitchen staff, and new hires.
  • Travel between locations to assist with in-person training and development.
  • Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on demonstrations, guided practice, shadowing, and structured training materials.
  • Support training initiatives related to new restaurant openings, new procedures, and menu rollouts.
  • Support training related to customer service standards, food preparation procedures, food safety, and operational workflows.
  • Partner with operations leadership to help maintain and execute World Wrapps training initiatives
  • Help maintain and update training materials, guides, and resources.
  • Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and support team development.
  • Ensure training standards are applied consistently across all six locations.
