Requirements

Associate degree
5 years of related experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

Design and utilize training materials for government employees throughout the and education.
Advise government employees on the available training and development opportunities organization.
Schedule training activities for government organizations as well as for individuals.
Identify training and development opportunities outside the existing known avenues.
Manage the budget for government employee training and development.
Build and maintain a library of resources for government employee training.
