This position reports to the Talent Administrator and oversees administrative responsibilities to support the Talent Acquisition team. The intern will perform administrative duties as needed by the Talent Administrator and members of the Training and TA team. They will monitor team progress on Smart Recruiters, communicate updates weekly to team leaders, and perform weekly audits of all open position trackers. The role also involves supporting the Talent Administrator with processing and recording invoices, assisting with troubleshooting for Smart Recruiters questions and new hire transfer errors, and performing all other assigned duties.
