Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
  • Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays year‑round; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts through marketing initiatives, including content development and management of platforms such as the careers website and internship program Instagram page.
  • Gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines.
  • Lead onboarding meetings for incoming interns, helping to foster a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.
  • Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments.
  • Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes.
