This position reports to the Talent Administrator and oversees administrative responsibilities to support the Talent Acquisition team. The intern will perform administrative duties as needed by the Talent Administrator and members of the Training and TA team. Responsibilities include monitoring team progress on Smart Recruiters, communicating weekly updates to team leaders, performing weekly audits of open position trackers, supporting the Talent Administrator with invoice processing and recording, and assisting with troubleshooting Smart Recruiters questions and new hire transfer errors. All other assigned duties will also be performed.
