As a Training & Education Specialist III, you'll serve as a part of the primary training resource for the Division of Unemployment Insurance by providing organizational training needs; designing, developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees. Your role will ensure staff are knowledgeable in federal and state unemployment insurance laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and automated systems to promote accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of unemployment insurance services. Responsibilities include developing instructional materials, facilitating classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining training records, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with program leadership and subject matter experts to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous employee development to support the division’s strategic goals.
