The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and improving employee training, development, and credentialing processes across the agency. This position helps ensure employees receive required training, leaders have tools to support team development, and credentialing requirements are completed timely and accurately. In a government-funded mental health center, this role plays a critical part in workforce readiness, compliance, quality of care, and audit preparedness. The position works closely with HR, clinical leadership, operations, compliance, and external credentialing or payer partners to support agency requirements.
