About The Position

JBS Solutions, Inc. is an engineering and technical logistics company in Huntsville, AL, seeking a Training and Development Specialist to provide support for the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Logistics. This position will be focused on developing and implementing a US Coast Guard governance structure for an enterprise support equipment program that integrates strategy, policy, processes, people, IT, training, maintenance, and operations throughout the USCG support equipment program. Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of experience in USCG aeronautical/ naval engineering practices and procedures as defined in COMDTINST Manual 13020.1 (series) or Naval Engineering Manual, COMDTINST M9000.6 (series).
Minimum five (5) years of experience in aircraft, cutter/boat.
Minimum five (5) years of ALMIS/EAL/DSS experience.
Minimum two (2) years instructing or providing classroom training
Familiarity with configuration management principles
Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients
US citizen. Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ALMIS, CG-LIMS, or similar logistics/maintenance systems
Background in maintenance policy, technical publications, or lifecycle sustainment
