About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for its First Aid and Safety organization. The instructor facilitates training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics; sells and schedules training; up-sells safety and first aid products to training customers; and works with the service team to support customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance. The role is regular, full-time, and scheduled for the first shift.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating.
• Business-to-business, industrial, and/or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training courses and provide instruction on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
